Our Approach
WomenOne takes a rights-based approach to women’s and girls’ education. We focus on enabling women and girls to pursue their right to education by eliminating the barriers they face and ensuring that our activities and programs are innovative, evidence-based and sustainable.
WomenOne works through three core pillars:
RESEARCH
WomenOne conducts needs assessments and gathers data to highlight marginalized and overlooked populations of women and girls who have little or no access to education. Not only does our research inform our own work, but it also contributes to an evidence base on issues affecting women and girls’ education and informs the work of other actors in the field.
